Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers.

You will guide adoption of AWS services, coordinate with engineers to resolve issues, and engage with senior leaders to discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. You will travel up to 10% or more as needed and work with customers across Compute, Storage, Databases, and AI/ML services to deliver maximum value from

  • 5+ years of direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives (Vice President and C-level).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of technical team management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
