Annapurna Labs, Amazon’s custom silicon organization, is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter to partner with Recruiting Business Partners, cultivate sourcing channels, and close searches under tight deadlines.

You will own talent attraction strategies, define benchmarks and metrics, and drive process improvements. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, RBPs, and Recruiting Coordinators to deliver exceptional candidates for AWS-scale teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics.
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

We need a talented Sr. Sourcing Recruiters to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Sourcer will work with a team of peers including RBPs and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as the primary point of contact for supported groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

Sourcing Recruiters possess excellent consultation and partnership skills to consult world-class business and Talent Acquisition partners. They must be passionate about hiring and developing recruiting talent and have a personal track record of successfully delivering against the most difficult talent acquisition challenges. They will demonstrate business acumen, strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment. They will have exceptional talent assessment skills, a high bar for talent and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
