DPR Construction in Smyrna, GA seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruitment for administrative and craft roles. You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.

Supports recruiting activities that meet workforce needs across administrative and craft roles. Partners with hiring managers to identify role requirements, source candidates, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintains recruiting documentation and candidate pipelines. Contributes to candidate experience and recruiting process effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required.
Spanish language proficiency both written and verbal preferred for roles supporting craft recruiting.
$105,000.00- $130,000.00
