Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in New York to lead full life cycle recruitment for attorneys and specialized legal talent. You will partner with Practice Group Leaders to forecast hiring needs, map the market, and design targeted sourcing strategies to attract top legal talent.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full life cycle recruitment of attorneys and specialized legal talent across designated Practice Groups at Jackson Lewis. This role partners closely with Practice Group Leaders to identify talent needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and attract high-performing attorneys who support the firm's growth objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the legal talent market, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top legal talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager builds and maintains robust talent pipelines and serves as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, competitive market trends, and attorney recruiting best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree or JD a plus.
For the New York, California and Illinois market, the expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
