Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process.

You will design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, build diverse pipelines, and provide market intelligence on compensation and industry trends to guide decisions, while promoting a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking activities
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Organizational, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Compensation: $70,600.00 - $149,600.00
