Summary:The SeniorSystems Specialist is responsible forinstalling, engineeringand maintainingoperating systems and related software to ensurestable performance. This role will be a technical expert, providing support remotely, as well as, at production locations performing maintenance and repairs, including software and computer installations and upgrades, routine automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for all users and projects of the organization. This position may require some travel to remote Alaska sites.

Work environment:
This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
