System One is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage hybrid on-premises VMware vSphere environments and AWS GovCloud for a federal contract. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; it is 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
You will build IaC with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD, oversee Kubernetes clusters (VKS/EKS), and align with NIST 800-53 and FISMA controls while modernizing workloads and ensuring security and reliability.
