Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer (MBSE) to lead model-based systems engineering for DoD intelligence, EW, and cyber systems. You will drive MBSE initiatives, DoDAF artifacts, and MOSA/SOSA/CMOSS compliance across complex architectures.

Role requires TS clearance eligibility, 10+ years in DoD systems, and strong SysML/Cameo/MagicDraw experience. You will interface with government programs and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with complex DoD systems.
• Led MBSE initiatives using SysML tools (Cameo, MagicDraw) for DoDAF products.
• Strong MOSA, SOSA, CMOSS knowledge and open architecture exposure.
• Experience with DoD intelligence/electronic warfare systems architecture.
• Proficient in IEEE 15288, EIA 632, RMF/cyber guidelines and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE methodology implementation using SysML and digital engineering tools.
• Develop and maintain DoDAF OV/SV/TV viewpoints for capability analysis.
• Establish MOSA, SOSA, and CMOSS compliance across hardware/software.
• Create product roadmaps and technology insertion for C5ISR capabilities.
• Provide SoS direction for technical baselines and architectural strategy.
• Coordinate with cyber, AI/ML, and test & evaluation teams.
• Produce system architecture docs, ICDs, and engineering artifacts.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams.
