Job summary

The individual leads cross-functional engineering efforts to ensure technical solutions meet mission requirements, performance objectives, and Air Force program priorities. The role supports technical reviews and assessments, drives engineering decisions, and provides objective technical insight throughout the system lifecycle.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience in requirements management, systems integration, and lifecycle engineering.
• Knowledge of defense acquisition and engineering processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

What will help you on the job:

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Air Force acquisition programs, with expertise in applying systems engineering practices within complex defense environments.
• Professional certifications include INCOSE, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, OMG, Certified Systems Modeling Professional, Security+, INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), Cameo/MagicDraw, and Certified Architecture Professional are preferred.
