Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior IT Architect - Software Engineering and Integrations to provide enterprise architecture leadership for software development, integrations, APIs, middleware, SAP extensions, and cloud platforms.

The role defines technical standards, governance, and oversees MSP providers and vendors to ensure secure, scalable, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and Rehlko principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 15+ years IT experience with 3–5+ years as technical lead on concurrent projects.
• Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in multiple IT technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement software development and integration strategies that align with business goals and security standards.
• Develop and maintain architecture and solution blueprints for custom applications, APIs, integrations, middleware, SAP extensions, and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead software development and integration projects from architecture through delivery, including planning, direction, execution oversight, and meeting timelines and budgets.
• Provide architectural guidance and delivery oversight to internal developers, MSPs, and vendors performing hands-on work.
• Oversee middleware selection, implementation, and management for seamless system communication.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead MSP providers to ensure delivery of software development, integration, and operational activities within agreed scope and SLAs.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve integration issues to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architecture, and configurations.
• Stay updated with latest integration technologies and trends; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks in integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.

• Technical Oversight: Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and delivery oversight to internal developers, integration specialists, MSPs, and vendors performing hands-on software development and integration work.
• Middleware Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of middleware solutions to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• MSP Provider Leadership and Governance: Lead, coordinate, and oversee MSP providers to ensure delivery of software development, integration, support, and operational activities in line with agreed scope, project requirements, timelines, service levels, quality standards, security expectations, and Rehlko architecture principles.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software and integration solutions, adherence to best practices, maintainability, scalability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architecture, and configurations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends and continuously improve integration processes and solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.

The Salary range for this position is $129,150.00-$165,000.00.
