Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a System Administrator for a 100% onsite role at the Jacksonville Naval Drug Lab. The candidate will support the Laboratory Information Management System, MECM, WSUS, IIS, SQL Server, and security tooling, ensuring DISA STIG compliance and robust documentation.

The role requires a Secret security clearance, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and certifications (CompTIA Security+ and OS) with extensive experience in VMware, HBSS, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ and OS certificate are mandatory.
• Extensive experience applying DISA STIG settings to Microsoft Server and applications.
• VMware administration, HBSS administration, and OS imaging/deployment experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/Enterprise LTSC, DHCP, DNS, and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor and support Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Administer and configure MECM, WSUS, and related server applications.
• Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network services.
• Perform DISA STIG compliance, IAVA patches, and log review with Splunk.
• Support VMware/Storage systems and forensic applications as needed.

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a System Administration for a 100% onsite role at the Jacksonville Naval Drug Lab. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the tasks listed below (but are not limited to the tasks listed below).

What You'll Do:

• Develop, maintain, monitor and support the Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Perform following tasks on Microsoft MECM Server:
  • Administration & Configuration
  • Troubleshooting
  • Documentation & SOP
  • Inventory and Patch Deployment
  • Workstation Image Deployment
• Perform the following tasks on Server Applications:
  • Microsoft WSUS
  • Microsoft IIS
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Shavlik Protect/Ivanti
  • Temperature Monitoring
  • Symantec Backup Exec
  • DISA STIG Compliance, Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) Patches/Upgrades, Administration & Configuration, Documentation & SOP, Troubleshooting, Review Logs via Splunk
• Perform the following tasks on Windows OS:
  • McAfee HBSS Administration (Antivirus, Firewall, Data Loss Prevention, ENS)
  • Windows Workstation 10 (Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC)

  • Windows Print, DHCP, File Server

  • Agint RapidFire / RapidFire Mass spectrometry
  • Hamilton STAR / STARLET
  • Data Innovations Instrument Manager
  • DISA STIG Compliance, IAVA Patches/Upgrades, Administration & Configuration, Troubleshooting

What You Bring:

• Security Clearance: Secret
• Bachelor's of Science Degree required, preferably in Information Technology/ or process of completing Bachelor's degree
• Certification: *NOTE* In the future Certification Requirements may change to be aligned with DoD 8140.01 directive.
  • COMPTIA Security + Certificate (Mandatory), OS Certificate (Mandatory), Extensive experience applying DISA STIG settings to Microsoft Server and Application Environment, VMware Administration, HBSS Administration, Symantec Backup Exec 20, OS imaging and deployment, DOD Information Assurance Compliance
• Knowledge of systems administration concepts, principles, methods, and practices for integrating information system components; performance tuning tools and techniques; and systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows 10 Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC), and other network operating systems environment to support a wide range of enterprise information systems.
• Knowledge of maintaining and operating Enterprise Services such as Active Directory Users and computers, Group Policy Management, MECM, ACAS, PKI, DHCP, Network Monitoring, Internet Information Services (IIS) and Structured Query Language (SQL) Databases sufficient to install, configure, maintain, operate, monitor, and secure servers, installed services, and applications.
