Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a senior engineering professional to perform detailed design and lead technical decisions across multiple projects. The role includes project management on small projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with Leidos to deliver critical infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed engineering design on multiple projects concurrently and with high technical difficulty.
• Act as a project manager on small projects and lead design within an engineering discipline.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Develop client relationships, contribute to business development and proposals, and mentor staff.
• Collaborate across business units to provide effective project solutions.

This position is responsible for performing detailed engineering design on a variety of engineering tasks that require a high level of technical expertise; performing engineering tasks on multiple projects concurrently which may contain a high degree of technical difficulty; making decisions and recommendations that are considered authoritative and have important impact on engineering discipline design decisions leading design responsibility as an engineering discipline lead; acting as a project manager on small projects.

Applies broad expertise to manage and deliver projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations. This role supports process and design improvements, develops strong client relationships, contributes to business development and proposal efforts, oversees quality control and forecasting, mentors and develops staff, and collaborates across business units to provide the most effective project solutions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• This position pays between $90,000 and $100,000 annually and is an exempt position. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match.
• Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
