Job summary

What you'll do
  • Management and timely resolution of support requests including but not limited to remotely supporting devices for during internal staff onboarding/offboardings.
  • Support the administration of our Microsoft 365 tenant including tenant health and enforcement of security best practices.
  • Building and maintaining documentation on the current state of our Microsoft 365 tenant, MDM, AAD, Defender, Apple Business Manager, etc.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, and other routine tasks.
  • Support end-users with technical support and training. Consult with company-wide, internal stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities.
What you Bring
  • 4 years of experience in relevant Technology roles with at least 2 years of experience directly supporting Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and proficiency of Office 365 Management, Enterprise Mobility & Security services including Azure Active Directory, Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM), including experience with Apple Business Manager, Exchange Online, and Defender
  • PowerShell scripting skills is nice to have
  • Any relevant Microsoft cloud security certifications are nice to have
  • Excellent comprehension, verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding client service skills through timely execution of daily requests and quick resolution to issues
  • Adapt to dynamic environments and shifting demands
  • Application of critical thinking skills and inquisitiveness to challenge the ‘status-quo’ and requests; fostering the best possible outcomes for the business
  • Must be able to initiate and collaborate on projects
  • A self-starter that is highly capable of working in a remote location with a virtual team
