Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Build Celonis dashboards and analyses for process performance, conformance, and value realization.
• Define reusable patterns, metric logic, data validation, and visualization standards.
• Lead requirements discovery and convert business needs into epics, user stories, and designs.
• Conduct technical reviews and QA for analytics deliverables.
• Lead development of low-code applications and workflows using Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft tech.
• Design and pilot Copilot and AI agent solutions with enterprise governance and security.
• Evaluate automation solutions using AI-enabled tools and Microsoft technologies.
• Define solution architecture, integration, testing strategy, deployment, and support models.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Partner with data engineers to define data requirements, ingestion, transformation, and governance.
• Use SAP, Snowflake, SQL to assess data availability and resolve issues.
• Lead workstreams to close data gaps in supply chain analytics products and digital solutions.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst leads the design and delivery of advanced data, analytics, process intelligence, low-code application, and AI-enabled automation solutions across Global Supply Chain. The role independently translates complex business challenges into scalable, governed solutions and serves as a technical and delivery leader across Power BI, Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologies. The role works closely with Supply Chain functional partners, Digital Technology and architecture teams; facilitates Agile delivery activities; and coaches team members to improve quality, capability, and throughput.

A Day in the Life

Advanced Analytics, Visualization and Process Mining

• Lead the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of complex Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Develop advanced Celonis dashboards and analyses that integrate process performance, conformance, root-cause, and value-realization insights.
• Define reusable technical patterns, metric logic, data validation controls, and visualization standards that improve consistency and scalability.
• Lead requirements discovery and convert ambiguous business needs into well-structured epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance for analytics deliverables developed by other team members.

Application Development, AI, and Automation

• Lead development of complex low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and pilot Microsoft Copilot and AI agent solutions, applying enterprise governance, security, responsible AI, and measurable business-value principles.
• Evaluate and implement automation solutions using AI-enabled tools, Microsoft technologies, Alteryx-type capabilities, or other approved platforms.
• Define solution architecture, integration needs, testing strategy, deployment approach, support model, and lifecycle-management requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex defects and coordinate resolution across business and technical teams.

Data Architecture and Project Delivery

• Partner with data engineers and architects to define detailed source-system, ingestion, transformation, business-rule, semantic-model, and Enterprise Data Model requirements.
• Use knowledge of SAP, Snowflake, SQL, and enterprise data architecture to assess data availability, validate design options, and resolve complex data issues.
• Lead workstreams that identify and close data gaps affecting supply chain processes, metrics, analytics products, and digital solutions.
• Influence data-quality controls, master-data requirements, lineage, ownership, and governance practices needed for sustainable solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, documentation, testing, and change-management standards.
• Facilitate Scrum activities as assigned, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, impediment management, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work based on strategic value, user impact, dependencies, capacity, risk, and technical readiness.
• Coach and mentor team members in analytics development, process mining, application design, Agile practices, data validation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Provide clear communication to business and technical leaders regarding solution approach, progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and value delivered.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend scalable use cases that advance the Global Supply Chain Data, Analytics & Insights roadmap.

You Bring This Value

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma and at least 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, process mining, application development, automation, data products, or related digital disciplines
• Demonstrated experience independently delivering complex dashboards, applications, process mining solutions, automations, or integrated data products.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments and facilitating team delivery activities.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data quality, integration, and solution design concepts.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to coach others, review technical work, and improve team practices and delivery quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multiple functions and organizations
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives, establish direction, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI experience, including semantic modeling and Power Query
• Advanced Celonis experience including process mining solution design
• Experience architecting and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or comparable low-code platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, generative AI, Alteryx, or comparable automation technologies.
