Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery seeks a seasoned facilities leader to direct maintenance, sanitation and related operations across its St. Louis sites.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with SOPs and corporate policies to support 24/7 manufacturing. The role calls for strong supervisory experience in facilities maintenance, union environment leadership, and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and janitorial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, training and development of colleagues consistent with Kindeva values.
• Maintain technical skills in the latest techniques for facilities and their technology as applied to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop objectives, long range plans, standards of service and performance of facility teams, and their respective programs.
• Direct and manage all facilities services across all St. Louis locations acting as primary point of contact.
• Supervise colleagues and contract services, for a multi-faceted multi-shift manufacturing operation in compliance with company and corporate policies.
• Manage all facilities related services to include, but not limited to, sanitation, sanitation supply inventory management, grounds/landscaping, pest control and snow removal to support 24-hour seven day per week operations.
• Facilities planning, and facilities maintenance including, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services and HVAC.
• Manage all leased facilities acting as point of contact for all interaction with landlords, managing all maintenance, sanitation, and janitorial activities and services.
• Define and manager facilities expense projects, including project scoping, Bid request and evaluation, and project management.
• Work with engineering to provide support for various facilities capital projects for new and/or renovations, including design, construction, verification and operations.
• Manage all facilities related expenditures.

The Impact You Will Make

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree or graduate of a trade school in a technical science and 6 years of related supervisory experience OR High School Diploma and 15 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience leading in a union environment.
• Relevant hands-on experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
