Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Sr. Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Columbus, OH.

You will partner with our project team to ensure we deliver a high-quality build on schedule and within budget, coordinating field activities, subcontractors, and materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, proficiency with Bluebeam, and proven ability to manage material lead times and drawings reviews.

• Bluebeam experience is required.

• Strong background as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 + Bonuses

The Role

What You Need

• Software Skills: Bluebeam experience is required.
• Material Tracking: Proven experience with material lead time tracking is required.
• Commercial Experience: Strong background as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $165,000 base salary
