Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Structural Engineer to deliver customer‑oriented design and construction services across the United States and the Western Region, with substantial growth potential.

You will perform structural analysis for building, energy, and industrial structures, develop construction documents, and coordinate with the project team while visiting sites and meeting clients. A PE/SE is preferred; Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of structural engineering experience.
• PE or SE licensure preferred.
• Experience with design and renovation of building structures.

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide customer-oriented design and construction services to clients nationwide and in the Western Region, and it offers great growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems.
• Perform structural analysis and design for Energy and Industrial structures and related systems.
• Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services.
• Perform site visits, client meetings, and coordination with the project team.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
• 8 -15 years of structural engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
• Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry or wood
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
