Job summary

cyberThink is seeking a Sr. Statistical SAS Programmer for a 12-month contract, onsite in Bridgewater, NJ. You will support clinical studies and regulatory submissions, developing SDTM/ADaM datasets and tables for analyses and publications, and creating dataset specifications in line with SDTM/ADaM/SAP guidelines.

The role requires solid SAS and R programming skills, CDISC SDTM/ADaM experience, and strong communication. Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• B.A. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Work experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech (preferred) or related industry.
• CDISC experience in SDTM/ADaM standards are required.
• Prior submission experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Programming skills or experiences with VBA, C++, Python, etc. are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support to clinical studies and submissions.
• Develop and maintain programs to produce and/or validate CDISC compliant SDTM and ADaM analysis datasets, ad-hoc and exploratory analyses, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed.
• Develop and maintain programs to produce and/or validate tables, figures, and listings for ad-hoc and exploratory analyses for publications, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed.
• Create specifications for dataset generation in accordance with SDTM IG, ADaM IG and SAP.
• Develop, maintain, and understand SAS macros and other utility programs.
• Design, develop, and test solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• The ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines with quality is crucial for project-based contract work.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
