You will mentor engineers, guide multi-year platform roadmaps, and deliver high-leverage projects while hands-on coding and collaborating with product partners to expand capabilities and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 9+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud, and data design.

• Lead cross‑divisional projects to promote best practices and enhancements.
• Partner with product management to set ambitious roadmaps for expanding Capital One’s reach.
• Hands‑on full‑stack coding (frontend, backend, data processing, automation).
• Decommission legacy systems and converge the destination stack to reduce maintenance overhead.
