At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next. We’re one of the fastest‐growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‐moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‐first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. We move fast, try things out, and aren’t afraid to break a few things along the way if it means learning faster and building something better. This is where we experiment, prototype, and turn rough ideas into real products that deliver value to customers. We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join the Security Products team, focusing specifically on building next-generation AI SOC capabilities. While upstream detection and streaming data ingestion are powered by Cribl Detect, this role owns everything that happens post-detection. You will architect and build the autonomous reasoning, multi-agent investigation frameworks, contextual enrichment layers, and intelligent response orchestrations that allow modern SOCs to operate at machine speed. This is a fully remote role, and Cribl is a remote-first company.
