Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking an experienced architect to lead the architectural design of commercial and industrial buildings and assets from requirements definition through concept design and construction support.

You will develop concepts, produce drawings and specifications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering and construction to ensure safe, efficient designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and architectural project deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality engineering packages under schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support permitting processes with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
• Participate in project planning and scheduling activities and deliver to project deadlines.
• Develop and implement discipline-specific practices and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Actively engage in development of Mariana’s internal software tools.

• Proficiency in 2D and/or 3D design software such as AutoCAD and Revit with knowledge of rendering tools being a bonus.
