Philadelphia Insurance Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Underwriter to support the continued growth and profitability of our Management and Professional Lines portfolio. Under limited direction and supervision, this experienced individual contributor will underwrite and market assigned products, manage a profitable book of business, and develop strong agency relationships while delivering underwriting excellence across Management Liability products.
This position can be in AZ, UT, NV, MT, ID, OR, CO, WA, NM or WY.
The successful candidate will bring advanced technical underwriting expertise, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to partner effectively with brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The role handles more complex underwriting issues with manager assistance as needed and contributes to the development of less experienced underwriters.
National Range: $94,000.00 - $114,000.00
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
