Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with six years of experience in complex multi-year high-dollar subcontracts.
• Graduate Degree with four years of experience in complex subcontracts.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of experience with highly complex multi-year high dollar subcontracts.
• SAP troubleshooting experience is required.

Job Description:

The Sr. Specialist, Subcontracts position will be responsible for managing complex projects or processes with general oversight. In this role you will communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. • Must understand FAR and DFAR’s.
• Tailors, and negotiate terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Ability toobtain andmaintaina Secret DoD Security Clearance.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
