What Product & Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Product & Solutions Marketing assesses customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. This function provides analytics to support the business strategy of developing and commercializing services and managing them throughout their full life cycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives.


Location

Ideally targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, willing/able to come in-office one day a week (typically Tuesdays but flexible). If applying from outside of a commutable distance of our Dublin, OH headquarters, we are open nationwide (fully remote).


Responsibilities


  • Analyzes data to ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are achieved.

  • Help design, develop, and implement member pharmacy profitability, payment, and adjustment trend analysis and reporting.

  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of data.

  • Design, develop, and implement pharmacy solutions and Marketing operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to Managed Care, Marketing, and Sales leadership.

  • Work and communicate effectively with IT partners, management, customers, and other members of the Analytics team to gather and interpret requirements and help develop customer reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.

  • Review current processes and reporting to evaluate opportunities for enhancements.

  • Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed, including maintenance requests.

  • Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.


Qualifications


  • Ideally targeting individuals with 2+ years of applicable work experience (or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing), preferred.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, required.

  • Demonstrated experience using data query, visualization, dashboard design tools, or data workflow & automation tools (ex. SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.), highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with querying, manipulating, and aggregating data from business systems to produce meaningful reporting and decision support information.

  • Understanding of relational databases, MS-SQL knowledge and experience.

  • Basic understanding of project management methodology and requirements gathering is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of operations and claims processing in pharmacy or other healthcare related area is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of low-code/no-code customer service related systems and applications is a plus (ex. Quickbase, SalesForce, etc.)

Anticipated Pay Range

$68,500.00 - $88,020.00 USD
