Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, cost governance, or related functions.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role with cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead external sourcing programs including FDO, second-source, and distributor initiatives.
• Own item-cost governance model, controls, and end-to-end cost execution across systems.
• Develop governance processes for supplier contracts, incentives, rebates, and funding programs.
• Translate sourcing and governance requirements into scalable processes and systems; clarify ownership and handoffs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the External Supply Manager and Cost Analyst; drive data-driven opportunities.

Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Sr. Manager, External Sourcing Strategy & Cost Governance leads external sourcing programs and ensures effective governance of item costs, sourcing processes, and related controls. The role is accountable for Factory Direct Order (FDO) program, second-source initiatives, distributor programs, cost execution, cost integrity, and commercial governance adherence.
