SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect – SDDC to lead SOW development, align solutions with client needs, and drive growth in professional services. You will partner with internal teams to position service offerings and ensure successful delivery.
You will provide thought leadership on service delivery, modernization, and cloud technologies, mentoring teams and maintaining client relationships to enable long-term success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
- 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience supporting cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients, engagements, and business objectives.
Responsabilités
- Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
- Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and the creation of standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long‑term success.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in service delivery, infrastructure modernization, and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Lead technical assessments and guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hardware and software technologies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving architecture practices while recommending modernization opportunities and strategic technology investments.

The Presales - Senior Solutions Architect – SDDC leads the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with client needs and business objectives, driving revenue growth by optimizing service offerings. This role involves collaborating with SHI stakeholders and sales teams to create service solutions, contributing to practice development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in service delivery, provide thought leadership, analyze business processes for improvement, and stay current with technology trends to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation.
Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $200,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus is $160,000 - $250,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
