Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive outcomes for customers across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will design and implement network architectures, collaborate with SOC teams, and develop data visualizations to support investigations and strategic objectives.

We value senior engineers with 6–8 years of experience, cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), and strong communication skills, who can own projects in a hybrid, fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing positions; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of core networking principles (OSI layers 2–4) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS).
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership.

Position Summary

ExtraHop’s Solutions Architecture team is very different from many other post‑sales services practices—we focus on outcomes and customer success rather than racking up billable hours. As a member of our Solutions Architecture team, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our customers, products and position in the marketplace. Our Architects tackle the most difficult business and technology problems across a vast array of industries and technologies. As a Solutions Architect at ExtraHop, you will never be bored again.

Key Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $163,000 + bonus + benefits
