The SA (Solutions Architect) acts as a Kobie SME, investigating client needs through a loyalty lens. They can visualize and articulate client needs, at the intersection of client desired outcomes and Kobie capabilities. They communicate desired client outcomes clearly across workstreams to ensure project success as the enterprise-wide "connective tissue" for a project. During a project, they set the tone for, and manage direction of, the client business solution as they align the team to the associated project scope.
