Position Summary
The Senior Solutions Analyst – Agentic AI & Systems Architecture is a senior-level technical role responsible for analyzing, designing, integrating, and improving internal business systems with a heavy emphasis on agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems design, and operational automation. This role requires deep expertise in systems analysis, agentic AI architecture (including multi-agent frameworks, task planning, and tool integration), business process orchestration, and technical specifications.
The position leads the evolution of in-house applications for internal customers, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and infrastructure partners to deliver scalable, AI-native solutions. The role drives the integration of autonomous AI agents and intelligent systems into core workflows to drastically improve operational efficiency, data enrichment, and decision-making capabilities.
Position Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Architecture & Design: Architect, evaluate, and design agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration workflows, and autonomous task-execution pipelines within internal enterprise applications.
- Systems & Process Analysis: Document complex business processes, technical system specifications, API contracts, and integration flows tailored for AI agent execution and traditional enterprise software.
- AI-Driven Automation: Identify and execute opportunities to deploy LLM-based autonomous agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, and automated decision-making engines to improve data quality, content enrichment, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineers, software developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment of agentic solutions.
- Enterprise Alignment: Partner with IT leadership to ensure agentic AI architectures conform to enterprise governance, safety guardrails, security standards, and long-term scalability goals.
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, solution architecture, or technical product roles focused on enterprise systems, integrations, and intelligent automation.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Hands-on experience or deep architectural familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel), function calling, tool use, memory systems, and multi-agent workflow orchestration.
- Technical Documentation: Proven ability to create technical specs, system architecture diagrams, and prompt/agent flow design for complex internal systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Professional experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, engineering, automotive data systems, or shop management is highly preferred.
Key Competencies
- Agentic AI & Systems Architecture: Deep understanding of modern AI paradigms, including LLM reasoning capabilities, multi-agent design patterns, vector databases, and API integrations.
- Technical & Business Communication: Ability to translate complex agentic workflows and AI behaviors into actionable business requirements and clear technical architecture documents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record of bridging the gap between business operators, traditional software developers, and AI/data science engineering teams.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct manual or semi-automated business processes and redesign them into resilient, autonomous AI agent workflows.
