What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
- Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products and applications
- Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about solutions, services, and training
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer needs and business processes
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise
- 5+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications
- 5+ years in a presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation role
- 4+ years working with core Human Resource concepts such as payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with C-Level Executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise
- 7+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications
- Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences
- Healthcare industry or payor experience
