Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack developer with .NET (v8+), Angular (v15+), and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented concepts, design patterns and development processes.
• Grounded understanding of iterative development practices, including Agile and SCRUM.
• Experience developing test cases; TDD is a plus.
• Experience with regulated application development (HIPAA, PCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Translate and document business needs into technical requirements using deep dive sessions with business and technical teams.

We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software .Net Developer who is passionate about enabling a great member experience with emerging technologies to join our team. This position leads high-impact initiatives and drives innovation across multiple teams and ensures alignment with long-term business goals. You’ll help identify issues with the current architecture and determine how to evolve the current architecture in an incremental manner. You will be hands‑on so should be comfortable in C# , .Net Core, Web Application Architecture, and Cloud Architecture. You will be given the opportunity to identify the best approach needed to evolve the current architecture to one that positions Careington for the future. This role requires being comfortable with leading, dealing with ambiguity, and driving through obstacles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands on experience as a Full Stack developer with .NET (version 8 or higher), Angular (version 15 or higher) and SQL.

Skills & Abilities:

• Technical knowledge includes: C#, .NET, SQL Server 2019 or newer programming (stored procedures, database design, etc.), TypeScript, Web Services, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Azure DevOps
• Exposure building native cloud applications in Microsoft Azure cloud is preferred
• Hands on CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps is preferred
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, and Project Planning tools a plus
• Technical abilities include Software Design, Documentation, and Testing, General Programming Skills, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements.
