Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack (frontend-leaning) software engineering experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in micro-frontend architecture design and implementation using Webpack Module Federation.
• Backend experience with Node.js and Python, enabling integration with distributed microservices, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud-native, serverless design on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; exposure to ecommerce or payment processing ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior React Full Stack Engineer to help us design, build, and maintain high-quality web experiences that delight our users. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and scalable applications and features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web applications and features using React
• Develop and maintain BFF services using Node.js and TypeScript using Lambdas in AWS to support tailored data needs
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement intuitive, consistent user experiences
• Integrate apps with cloud-based services, primarily using AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3)
• Write clean, testable code using TypeScript, React, and modern libraries and tooling
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Help define and evolve best practices, especially around cloud integration, service boundaries, and observability

Pay rate range; 60-65/hour

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack (frontend leaning) software engineering experience building highly scalable, enterprise-grade web applications with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven expertise in micro-frontend architecture design and implementation, leveraging Webpack Module Federation to enable independent deployment and scalability.
• Strong experience building backend services and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) applications using Node.js and Python, enabling seamless integration with distributed microservices, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native, serverless solutions on AWS, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; must be a self-starter, take ownership, and bring an enthusiastic attitude - Exposure to e-commerce or payment processing ecosystems, including payment gateway integrations, PCI-compliant applications, and transactional workflows
