We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers with large-scale distributed system experience to join the Networking Infrastructure team. You will design and automate the networking foundations for large-scale compute clusters across all the major cloud providers, connecting millions of VMs running on Databricks. You will lead the design and development of secure and scalable connectivity that powers all the data / AI workloads. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management, operations, and other engineering teams, to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient networking systems. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
