Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in React.js and Node.js to build scalable eCommerce experiences. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, and Analytics, and drive improvements in conversion and growth across the shopper journey.

Key focus areas include architecture discussions, performance tuning, and ensuring robust tracking with GTM, Facebook Pixel, and Segment.io.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack apps using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Build new solutions while improving existing systems for scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to improve shopper journey and conversion.
• Implement and maintain tracking with accurate event tracking across the journey.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation with Growth/Marketing for data-driven decisions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions that boost quality, velocity, and business outcomes.
• Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
• Advocate for engineering excellence and drive down technical debt within Agile/CI-CD workflows.

You'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, delivering solutions that directly impact customer acquisition, conversion, and business growth.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack apps using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
