Job summary

stanleyreid is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to lead the design and development of LLM applications and services in Columbia, MD. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph and sits within FS Poly.

The candidate will drive architecture and implementation for AI-enabled systems, working with cloud platforms, containerization, and IaC tools to deliver secure, scalable software. This position offers a highly technical, impact-focused environment with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM, RAG, etc.
• Experience with Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
• Preferred: Experience with Large Language Models and MLOps.
