Starkey Hearing Technologies is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to develop and advance digital signal processing algorithms for ear-level devices and hearing aids within the Algorithms Group.
You will lead innovative signal processing and ML research, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to translate breakthroughs into commercial products and contribute to patents and technologies that improve lives worldwide.

In this role at Starkey, you’ll lead innovative signal processing and machine Learning research as part of the Algorithms Group. In addition to individual project work, this person will work with other project leads to plan and execute collaborations between the Algorithms Group and multidisciplinary engineering teams within Starkey to translate breakthrough ideas into commercial products and contribute to patents and technologies that improve the lives of millions worldwide.

This position is responsible for research and development of signal processing algorithms in ear-level devices and hearing aids as part of the Algorithms group.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
Senior Engineer I: A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience is required for candidates with a master's degree.
The target pay rate for this position is between $106,000 - $168,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
