NorthHill Technology Resources is seeking a Sr. SharePoint Developer to support a Federal Program in Springfield, VA.

This direct-hire role requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the client will sponsor for a CI Polygraph; you can begin prior to its completion. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• 3–5 years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.
• Experience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer.
• Experience creating customized InfoPath forms.
• Experience building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint (sites, master pages, permissions, content types, etc.).
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint applications.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and JavaScript.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates.
• Experience with PowerShell SharePoint module and scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint application architecture and information management.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and website publishing.
• Experience in graphic design, visual communications, and publication support.
• Ability to balance technical development with publishing requirements.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.
  • Improve the visual design, layout, branding, and usability of SharePoint pages and published content.
  • Create and maintain visually compelling digital products that improve information sharing and user engagement.
  • Provide graphic design, publishing, and media support for a wide variety of materials, including layouts, illustrations, charts, graphs, logos, infographics, and photos.
  • Create and edit visual content for strategic plans, leadership briefs, training materials, outreach products, and general information pages.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to enhance organizational content, reports, briefs, dashboards, and other user-facing products.
  • Apply modern design principles to improve readability, accessibility, consistency, and overall presentation across SharePoint-hosted content.
  • Support SharePoint branding, customization, and page design using front-end web technologies and platform-native capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize templates, page layouts, and visual identity across sites and publications.
  • Translate complex information into intuitive and visually effective content for a broad range of users.
