Job summary

MiniMed in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development and enhancements of Salesforce applications and integrations. The role requires mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of Salesforce apps, including Apex classes and triggers.
  • Develop scalable, secure Salesforce solutions meeting business needs.
  • Oversee Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
  • Architect robust Salesforce solutions aligning with best practices.
  • Review code for performance and governance; create design docs.
  • Provide advanced support for Salesforce issues.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce support and cross-functional teams.
  • Document Salesforce customizations and development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud.

About The Role

MiniMed is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, a strong grasp of best practices, and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.

This role is a hybrid role based out of our Johns Creek, GA office. It requires 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Oversee the development of Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
  • Architect and design robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and business needs.
  • Review and optimize existing code, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Create technical design documents and architectural diagrams to support development and implementation efforts.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, including complex code problems and system errors.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce support and other teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce customizations, configurations, and development processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance policies, and continuously improve development practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, web development technologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Assist production support teams for escalated incident resolution.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Benefits & Compensation

MiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$87,000.00 - $149,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
