Honeywell Aerospace in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Sr Semiconductor Mfg Engineer to lead semiconductor manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product Quality on-site. The role emphasizes testing of digital ASICs, developing test plans, and optimizing workflow and equipment utilization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electronics, circuits, and software development, a BS in engineering, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

WE VALUE

• Experience with Teradyne automated test equipment, wafer probers and temperature forcers.
• Strong understanding of Digital Testing of Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs)
• Strong understanding of digital vector generation and translation techniques
• Software development experience: Visual Basic, C#, LabView, Python
• Understanding of semiconductor test concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong mechanical skills, fixture development experience and knowledge
• Good hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects related to Cost Savings, Quality, Productivity, Escape prevention and Inventory Reduction

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000- $138,000 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
