Job summary

HighLevel is hiring a Senior SDET to join its global remote-first team. You will ensure quality, performance, and scalability across our rapidly evolving platform.

In this role, you will build performance baselines, SLIs, SLOs, and workload models, and you will create shared testing frameworks to run load, stress, soak, and spike tests. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to improve reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SDET/QA experience and a track record in performance testing.
• Experience building baselines, SLIs/SLOs, and workload models.
• Familiarity with observability tools, Kubernetes, cloud and CI/CD.
