Job Description:

• Strong SAP Basis leadership experience supporting complex enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, and SAP RISE / NS2 / Private Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, upgrades, patching, performance management, system refreshes, transports, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience with SAP cloud technologies including BTP and SAP Cloud ALM is preferred.
• Ability to lead Basis operations, coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams, manage critical incidents, and drive root-cause resolution.
• Strong understanding of SAP Security and overall SAP platform architecture is preferred.
• Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams and work directly with client leadership.
• Strong focus on Operational Excellence, including stability, availability, performance, governance, and proactive issue prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Continuous Innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, modernization, monitoring improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Effective communication is critical, with the ability to communicate technical issues, risks, recommendations, and status clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Base salary range:

$155,000 to $180,000
