Aledade PBC seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps on the Salesforce Platform.
You will provide architectural guidance, mentor teams, and ensure performance, security and governance while aligning Salesforce capabilities with business goals in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and
implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for
providing architectural guidance across all Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Experience Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce Platform.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce Development, integration patterns,
data modeling, and system design, enabling effective alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business
objectives. Collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners is
essential to ensure the optimization of the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and scalability.
This role demands significant technical acumen and the ability to mentor and guide development teams
towards excellence.
