Job summary

Blu Omega LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support secure Salesforce solutions for federal health IT programs. This role emphasizes Apex, Lightning, and integrations in a remote environment with security and governance in focus.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, compliant Salesforce architectures and data models.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience in development, architecture, or administration.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce objects, data models, automation, and security.
  • Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flow, or comparable platform capabilities.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governance, data quality, testing, deployment, and release practices.
  • Troubleshooting experience for complex Salesforce applications and data issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials, including a PIV where applicable.

Senior Salesforce Developer
Remote

Blu Omega is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support mission-critical federal programs. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable Salesforce solutions within a federal health IT environment. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) runs programs benefiting veterans and members of their families. It offers education opportunities, rehabilitation services, health care, and various benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business and mission requirements.

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
