Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a qualified professional to organize business requirements and document user stories while supporting the Delivery team for Salesforce Multicloud implementations.

The role requires 4 years of experience in evaluating business processes, mapping current and future states, and translating requirements into actionable user stories for Agile delivery across Salesforce clouds. Some remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience organizing and documenting business requirements, user stories and supporting Delivery team for Salesforce Multicloud platform.
• 4 years of experience evaluating existing business processes for all Salesforce objects against standards and finding improvements through stakeholder workshops.
• 4 years of experience translating requirements into actionable user stories for Agile delivery across Salesforce multiple clouds.
• 4 years of experience creating current- and future-state process flow diagrams for Salesforce or any other SAAS platform.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or related field
• 5 years of related experience
• 4 years of experience organizing and documenting business requirements, user stories and support Delivery team for Salesforce Multicloud platform
• 4 years of experience evaluating existing business processes for all the standard and custom objects in Salesforce against organizational standards and identifying improvement opportunities through structured analysis and stakeholder workshops
• 4 years of experience translating requirements into actionable user stories supporting Agile delivery for Salesforce multiple clouds
• 4 years of experience creating current-state and future-state process flow diagrams to depict operational improvements and system-driven workflow changes in Salesforce or any other SAAS platform

Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Remote work allowed 15% of time.

Salary Range : $140,774 to $145,774 Salary Range: $90,400.00 - $150,700.00 The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
