Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Salesforce Architect/Engineer to lead platform development and integration across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. You will own programmatic requests, develop Apex/LWC, and drive CI/CD automation with a focus on scalable, cloud-native architectures.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong DevOps practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A high-visibility position supporting Skechers’ cloud transformation and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce platform engineering experience including DevOps practices.
• Extensive experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings such as Einstein and Agentforce.
• DevOps & CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with iPaaS middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Advanced Git workflow management and branching strategy implementation.
• Monitoring and alerting setup for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Experience working within an Agile team and DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and take ownership of Salesforce programmatic requests and platform enhancements.
• Develop SOQL code, Apex classes and triggers and Custom UIs with Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Boomi, MuleSoft and Informatica.
