The Sr. Sales Leader – Growth Driver is a water treatment sales position focused on growing business and driving ChemTreat’s market position within a chosen geography or industry by creating, improving, and implementing innovative sales strategies. The role primarily focuses on acquiring new customers while also managing and expanding existing business.
Travel dependent on the size of the assigned territory. May require long hours and varying work schedules. Responsibilities include sitting for extended periods, walking, standing, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, handling objects, operating a computer keyboard, reaching, squatting, twisting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 60 pounds. Occasionally required to climb stairs and ladders and work at high elevations for extended periods. Occasionally required to drive both short and long distances, not to exceed DOT regulations.
Required to wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) for deliveries, including eye, hearing and respiratory protection, protective apron, steel‑toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields. Work may occur in extreme heat conditions and at sites with high noise levels, such as boiler houses, cooling towers, water plants, wastewater plants, or process areas. Use of hazardous chemicals is routine.
