The Senior Sales Executive Role is responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating, and closing sales deals for enterprise and independent sales opportunities.
The Senior Sales Executive Role will create persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients. The Senior Sales Executive will qualify, contact, and convert prospects (inbound sales inquiries and proactively through outbound sales) and work closely with the sales team to drive potential client acquisitions. The enterprise sales role will use other channels like cross-selling through other B2B business units and networking as well as potentially cold calling and strategic partnerships.
In addition, the Senior Sales Executive will need to be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing thought leadership and acting as the lead facilitator/collaborator. This Sales Executive interacts with all leadership teams to coordinate new customer acquisitions and new customer software implementations. We expect the Senior Sales Executive to learn the platform (All aspects of the platform and how it can be used by potential clients), perform software demos, and coordinate with contracts, finance (Billing), and implementation teams.
