Malin - A Raymond Company is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to grow our industrial automation and equipment offerings.

The role focuses on hunting new business within manufacturing, warehousing and distribution centers, guiding complex sales cycles, and driving customer onboarding with a team of experts. You will identify key decision makers, craft tailored value propositions, and collaborate to deliver unmatched customer experiences from first contact through implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience with new customer acquisition
• Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and follow up in long cycles
• Ability to identify warehouse operational challenges and propose solutions
• Strong communication, listening and critical thinking skills

We are looking for our next top Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

Successful candidates will have:

• 3-5 years of experience hunting new businesswith customers in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution centers and other industrial settings.
• Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and meticulous follow-up/follow through in elongated prospecting cycles.
• The ability to identify operational and process challenges within a warehouse environment and generate impactful solutions.
• Team player mentality to partner with subject matter experts to deliver an unmatched customer experience throughout the sales cycle and onboarding of new customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; preferred in fields of Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or Industrial Automation.
• 3-5 years of outside sales with an emphasis on new customer acquisition.
• Professional image with excellent oral and written communication.
• A high degree of active listening and critical thinking to identify challenges, and generate solutions.
