Messer Construction Co. seeks an experienced Senior Safety Manager for its Charlotte, NC region. This role supports project safety planning, training, and enforcement of safety policies across multiple sites.
You will champion a zero-injury culture, lead risk planning, and develop regional safety programs in coordination with project teams and leadership. Strong communication and 10+ years in construction safety are required.

This position is part of the Messer Environmental, Health and Safety Department, and supports the Messer projects and personnel with safety inspections, project planning, employee training, and other safety and health services. This individual mustpossessa high leveloforganization and time management skills. He or she must be able to effectively communicate with various audiences as well as people atdifferent levelswithin the organization. This individual reports directly to the EHS Executiveand Regional Leaders.
