We are seeking a highly technical and motivated Sr. RF Engineer to work on IC product development, manufacturing, and support for receivers and transmitters in high-reliability Aerospace and Defense applications. The Sr. RF Engineer will collaborate with engineers across multiple functional teams and will be responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, verification, documentation, support, and release to production of RF ICs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, analyze, simulate, characterize, verify, document, support, and release RF component devices and front-end modules for wireless Defense and Space applications.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps and engineering tasks by interfacing with customers, business development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Assess product lines for suitability in high-reliability markets, including defining specifications, bench testing, characterization, packaging review, validation, verification, and product optimization.
• Manage and execute projects to meet deadlines, and communicate program and technical goals to management and customers.

Required Experience and Skills

• BSEE with 5+ years of experience in RF product development and design
• Good understanding of RF theory, components, circuits, and systems
• Hands-on RF testing experience

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $89,100 - $172,100 per year. Starting pay depends on experience, education, market demands, job duties, and location. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and performance-based incentives and awards.
